Crisis adjusts plans of Gazprom gas

The crisis led to a decline in gas consumption by about 10%. The statement was made Vice Chairman of the Board of Gazprom Valery Golubev at the forum "Fuel and Energy Complex of Russia in XXI century". In doing so, he said, the maximum fall occurred in October-November last year. In this regard, Gazprom will be forced to reduce gas production by 10% over the next 4-5 years. According to V. Golubev, reducing production by the adjusted long-term balance of gas until 2020. Representative number Gazprom explained that, in absolute terms, it is 60-70 billion cubic meters per year, which is comparable, for example, with an annual consumption of Ukraine.
