TD Securities recommend selling USD / CAD

According to analysts TD Securities, investors should sell U.S. dollar against the Canadian dollar, which strengthened after the Bank of Canada report on monetary policy. A pair USD / CAD Breaks all levels of support. The growth of the Canadian currency has been most significant in three weeks after the central bank decided not to include the printing press in order to stimulate lending. The Canadian dollar rose 1.2 percent to C $ 1.2261 to the dollar. This resulted in the position the U.S. dollar looks uncertain. In the long run, the situation also does not augur well. Breakthrough support at around C $ 1.23 after two failed attempts to confirm an increase to C $ 1.25 indicates that in the next couple of days the U.S. dollar may fall to C $ 1.2160. At TD Securities believes that the U.S. dollar continue to fall after the correction.
