In a pan-EU market

The largest stock exchange operator in the EU - "Deutsche Boerse" - announced the launch of a pan-European trading platform, which will buy and sell stocks throughout the region. The new platform will be called "Xetra International Market".

As the channel "24", will be used for the calculation unit "Deutsche Boerse" in Frankfurt - "Eurex Clearing". Is planned that the new exchange will be operational in the fourth quarter of this year. The new site will be listed shares of British companies that make the German operator of a direct competitor to the London Stock Exchange LSE.

The main rival "Xetra International Market" will be "NYSE Euronext", which in March launched its own platform "NYSE Arca Europe". It shares traded companies from Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland and the UK.
