Moody's raises ratings on review of the Bank "Saint Petersburg", with the possible decrease

International rating agency Moody's Investors Service has placed on revision with the possibility of lowering

ratings of bank "St.-Petersburg, Russia. This is stated in a communication agency.

The revision relates to the long-term ratings for deposits and unsecured debt "Ba3", the rating on

subordinated obligations of "B1", ranking the financial sustainability of "D-". Not Prime short-term rating remains unchanged from "stable" outlook.

The decision of the agency due to the potential impact of the economic downturn in Russia on the quality of bank's assets and its financial performance and, consequently, to its capital base.
