LUKoil in 2009 to increase oil production by 2.9% to 98.2 million tonnes

LUKOIL in 2009 compared with the corresponding figure the previous year to increase oil production by 2.9% to 98.2 million t. It was reported during a teleconference Vice President Leonid Fedun.

The proportion of "Lukoil" in global oil stocks is about 1.3% of global oil production - about 2.1%, it accounts for 18% of oil production and 18% of total Russian oil refining.

The authorized capital of "Lukoil" is 21.26 million rubles, it is divided into ordinary shares of nominal value of 0,025 rubles. 20% of the shares owned by U.S. ConocoPhillips. The President of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov directly and indirectly a holder of more than 20% of the shares of a company vice president Leonid Fedun - about 10% of the shares.
