"WGC-4" June 17, will hold the annual meeting of shareholders of the company

The Board of Directors of OAO "WGC-4" have decided to appoint an annual meeting of shareholders on June 17, 2009, says the company's message.

The list of persons eligible to participate in the meeting is 29 April.

Recall that the "WGC-4" consists of 5 thermal power plants with total capacity of 8.63 MW: Surgut GRES-2, Berezovskaya TPP, Shaturskaya GRES, Smolenskaya GRES and Yayvinskaya TPP. Controlling shareholder "WGC-4" is the German E. ON to share in 76%, the remaining shares - a minority.
