Commerzbank: Swiss central bank will continue to defend the national currency

As the currency analysts Commerzbank, the Swiss National Bank, as before, makes it clear he would not tolerate excessively rapid strengthening of the national currency, as illustrated by the intervention of the Central Bank Friday, when the euro / franc dropped to a level of 1.4640. The bank continues to hold the view that the central bank of Switzerland will try to keep the euro / franc higher than 1.46, because below this mark a downtrend pair amplified. This breakthrough 1.45 lead to a sharp increase in the Swiss currency - hardly the Swiss National Bank wants to take that risk. Bank analysts believe that the downward pressure in the pair euro / franc continues because of skepticism regarding the decision of the Greek problem. However, the bank advised not to forget about the likelihood of intervention of the Central Bank of Switzerland in the case of decline of the euro / franc to a level of 1.46. Currently, the euro / franc is at around 1.4662.
