U.S. trade deficit unexpectedly fell in January

According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. foreign trade deficit declined in January to 6.6% to $ 37.29 billion

Economists predicted that the figure would be at $ 41.0 billion

The volume of imports and exports to the U.S. declined during the reporting period. This decrease in imports was significant.
