Retail sales in the U.S. increased by 0,3%

Due to a significant increase in electronics sales, retail sales in the U.S. rose in February by 0,3%.

Growth of retail sales was observed in four of the last five months. Compared with the same period last year, sales increased by 3,9%.

Growth of retail sales was recorded for the vast majority of commodities. Exceptions were only the cars and trucks, sales of which fell in February to 2%.
