Fear of trade. Accept their feelings and act in any case
"Is the fear of your friend or foe depends on whether you are a master or servant."
Dan Milman

Of course, in addition to fear, there are many other emotions related to trade, such as hope, despair, faith, doubt, euphoria, greed, etc. And they also deserve consideration. However, fear is one of the most destructive emotions, and therefore deserves serious consideration.
Emotions are a natural response to the idea or perception. In a sense, the emotions are as natural as the weather. We accept the weather, good or bad, and we can take the emotion, convenient or inconvenient. Of course, we can change something, what we focus and change our thoughts and emotions accompanying them. We can change the interpretation that we give and the perception of events and changing feelings. But when faced with the basic emotions, we really can not change it.
Emotions exist. We can not deny or repress them, or, ultimately, they will prevail over us. We can take them with the same attitude with which we accept the weather. We must recognize what we feel.
You feel the fear? Ok. Fear has its own information. Accept fear. Fear is the message that there is something in the future, which should be ready. Now that your methods say to you that it is time to enter the market or withdraw from the market, you have already prepared for this. You already know that probably is best to do.
It is time to take action. You must take action to your trading rules say you make, regardless of whether you feel a similar way. Fear can freeze you, whether you're in the market or off market, fear can make you jump out of the market as soon as motion begins. All of this - not the correct action. The correct action will follow your trading plan. Right thing to do would be to follow your trading rules. Right thing to do would be to do things that you might be afraid to do.
Action is a way to suppress the fear. The more disciplined force will be that you made when faced with fear, the more light will be taken up in subsequent cases. With time and repeated experience of taking action in the face of fear, the intensity of that emotion is reduced. Action is your greatest weapon to overcome fear. Step teaches you courage. The brave you become a non-reaction to the fear of trade.
Fear and Intuition
Fear (F.E.A.R). is the false expectations emerging realities. You can also say that fear is an actual (or fatal) expectations of emerging realities. Depending on whether our fear is false expectations (just a terrible idea, not based on evidence), or intuition about what might happen (prevention, based on the evidence of conscious or unconscious) makes a significant difference. It is often difficult to say what is the difference.
Intuition of one man is the fear of another person. When you hear that inner voice said "do not do this, then you get a warning. What is it, just empty, destructive, or fear it's your subconscious tells you that something is not right?
To determine the difference between intuition and fear of an empty, you can start to make notes at the time of its inception. You see the picture? Your inner voice tells you anything? Is this your voice or someone else? Is it true that you feel it? How is this feeling? When you have enough experience on how you get a warning, and what certain types of warnings are prophetic, and which are simply unfounded fear, you can decide when to respond to several warnings and ignore others.
For example, if you look at the schedule and see that it changes direction in your imagination, and it really changes the direction of then - make a star. The next time this happens, make a record again, to see whether or not accompanied by the reality of the imagination. If your inner voice says "the movement of the market is going to change," but this does not happen, also to mark it. When you feel that you will not trade in your favor, mark, if it goes against you. Soon you'll get a sense of how your intuition speaks to you. For many of us fear and intuition will speak in different ways, and we can begin to recognize these methods.
I knew psychic, who had a strange way of real predictions of future events. You can believe or not in the mental accuracy or so. However, this woman has predicted events in my life that she could not get through normal channels of knowledge. She learned to trust the accuracy of the information, depending on how she got it. When she saw the picture, it could be or not to be accurate, but when she heard voices in his left ear, she trusted that. According to her, we all get some mental information, but we do not know how to recognize it. She learn to trust and what not through trial and error. For her, it was hearing the signal on the left side. Others may get a picture or a feeling.
Of course, when we speak of intuition, we are not talking about psychological knowledge. We are talking about something that unconsciously recognizes the view beyond our analytical thinking in the left hemisphere of brain. As traders, we spend many hours watching how the markets behave, and we really know more than we think we know.
Of course, keep in mind that the trader's intuition is not always correct. Some people have a very precise sense that the market will do, and it is trusted. Others seem to intuit the exact opposite of what the market will do, and those people better than follow their own technology strategies.
After a while, you can also start to pay attention to the distinction between simple fear and fear based on substantial market action. There are times when you want to be a warning. You can begin to distinguish between price movements, which is predictive and price movement, which is simply the market noise.
The desire to replace the fear
"This - unhappy state of the brain, when you have little things like that and a lot of things that are afraid." Francis Bacon
One antidote to fear - this desire. The desire to redirect the concentration of the brain with what we do not want to happen is that we really want to happen.
Because our emotions are a response to the idea on which we focus, our attention is an appropriate emotion. Our attention can create boredom or curiosity, sorrow or joy, grief, or gratitude, criticism, or forgiveness, excitement or anxiety, etc.
There are many ways to direct our attention. Perhaps the easiest way is to select the questions that we ask ourselves. The issues are not only changing the direction of thought, but they imply the truth behind the matter.
Mary Nathan was trained her mentor is an effective method of trading the currency market. She studied the process and trade on a demo account. The results were very good trade.
When it is time to trade a live account, Mary became seriously nervous. It is not surprising that its first transaction was an error. She sold the Swiss Franc. When she got the signal to close the position, it sold again. (This is a common mistake for beginners seeking to exit the short position. In the end, if you want to get rid of something, you sell it. But not when you have a short position, it is true!)
As the movement ended, and the trend has changed direction, Mary has doubled its position. And she did not even know it! By the time she discovered the error, its profit has turned into a loss. Naturally, this is having it.
Then, when she was going to sell again, Mary heard a faint inner voice "that if you lose it?" The question was asked, and she followed him. What if she was selling more and has experienced the pain of loss. In her imagination, she actually suffered a loss and believe that. As a result, she sat in front of a computer day after day, intending to trade, fully adjust to trade, but never do more than trade on a demo account. As the trade was good, Mary felt remorse and guilt for missing the deal.
She was sharply critical in relation to himself - "What is happening to me?"
Again, the issue brought her into confusion. It has become increasingly linked, all that happens to them. Daily disorders and self brought her to tears, and lowered her self-esteem. Trying struggles, she still could not sell.
Mary was a trade on its system. She very strongly wishes to do so. But it was not done. When the desire of seeking to do one thing, but the imagination of a contrast, imagination wins every time. And the stronger the desire, the greater the advantage is your imagination.
I taught Mary to change the direction of her imagination, changing the questions that she asked me. When the inner voice quietly asked - "What if I lose?" I taught her to ask a loud voice - "what if I win? What if this deal will bring more profit?" At this moment, I wished that she visualized the schedule, going in the direction of its signal. Rather than feel fear about the loss, she began to feel the anticipation of winning. Through psychological exercises and rehearsals, we did it again and again to rectify its past habits.
Instead of speech, "What is happening to me?" I taught her to ask - "how can I fix this? In what direction I correct?"
Questions directed the focus of our attention. The focus becomes the reality. Mary has replaced the fear of desire. Mary start to sell, and sell at a profit. The same can and you.
