Nabiullina: The budget deficit in 2009 will be at 8%

The deficit of the federal budget of Russia for 2009 will be at 8% of GDP. This was reported on Tuesday said the head of Russia Ministry of Economic Development Elvira Nabiullina.

"The actual deficit will be less," - said Nabiullina said that the figure of 8% take into account the so-called kvazibyudzhetnye costs, namely the provision of subordinated loans subjects of economy, which later will be returned.

According to her, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance may have to complete the adjustment of the current week forecast of the economy and the budget parameters for 2009.
