The number of outstanding transactions on sale of housing in the U.S. increased by 3,7%

Number of signed contracts for transactions of sale / purchase of housing in the United States rose for the ninth consecutive time this year.
According to the National Association of Realtors, the index of pending transactions involving the sale of housing in the U.S. rose in October at 3.7% compared to the previous month.
Compared with the same period last year rose by 31,8%. The index includes the transactions on purchase / sale of housing on the secondary market. Typically, the completion of the deal after signing the contract takes about one to two months
