Business activity in the UK construction sector has improved in November compared to the previous month, against a background of a noticeable increase in demand, to increase the procurement of materials and volume of orders.
Index PMI, reflects the dynamics of business activity, economic conditions and prospects of the construction sector amounted to 47.0 points in November compared to 46.2 points in the previous month. The value of the slightly exceeded expectations of analysts, forecast an increase to 46.9 points.
Recall that the indicator value above 50 points indicates growth of business activity in the construction sector, below 50 - at the deceleration.
