The index of leading indicators of Great Britain (The Conference Board Leading Economic Index) rose by 1,0% in September this year (in 2004 - 100), after rising by 0.9% in August and 0.5% in July. It is worth noting that the rate increases after the sixth consecutive month of continuous decline since August 2007.
At the same time, the index of coincident indicators (The Conference Board Coincident Economic Index), reflecting the ongoing momentum in economic activity, rose by 0.2% in September. Index was 102.8 points. Recall that in August, the index has not changed, and in July rose by 0,2%.
